Inverge was founded by Chestly Lunday after years of observing how many capable young leaders lacked access to mentorship and leadership development during their most formative years.
Having experienced the challenge of navigating leadership without the right mentors early on, he became committed to building an ecosystem where emerging leaders could grow with guidance, community, and meaningful opportunity.

Launching in Phoenix
Inverge begins in Phoenix, in partnership with Grand Canyon University and Dr. Lori Wieters. Through the early cohort model that helped inspire Inverge, more than 400 young leaders have already been formed.
Inverge is launching alongside a trusted academic and leadership development partner at Grand Canyon University.
The early cohort model has already demonstrated that structured leadership formation works.
